工厂创建于1958年，在广州、上海、北京、郑州、沈阳、济南、武汉、太原、西安等全国各大主要城市设立销售办事处，销售网络覆盖全国。
拥有先进的成套树脂砂生产线、低压铸造设备生产液力偶合器主要零件。
主要生产设备500余台、德国进口的加工中心、数控机床、动平衡机及产品性能试验台等设备10多套。
2019年4月，韩国KIWON公司董事长、总经理先生一行人到我公司进行考察交流和技术合作洽谈，双方就出口产品技术指标和性能要求达成一致，为双方的合作打下良好基础。经商榷，双方就共同合作开发KVCH875调速型液力偶合器项目达成协议，由我公司进行产品研发、产品和零部件生产、装配和试验，韩国KIWON公司负责产品电气仪表设计和供货、产品售前和售后服务。
